Welcome to Dream Home Lane

We will be touring model homes chosen specifically for The Land's newest subdivision. There will actually be six different models to choose from when the community opens for the general public.

The first one of the model homes we will be touring is 15575 Dream Home Lane.

As you can see, the landscapers have not started working yet. We have had fresh sod laid but that is the extent so far. I understand that they will be coming in this week and know from prior experience that they are fast workers.

Here we have the back of the house. Yes, I know that there is not much area to expand, but that also means less grass to mow, right? (insert forced laugh here)

Ummm, right. Shall we step inside?

Here we have the ground floor of the home.

controller's note: I could not get the real fireplace to go diagonal for anything. I'll do more research and try to get that before the model goes into upload

Even the roof itself has been maticulousily scrutinized. Several plans had to be scrapped until the builder found the perfect roof for your new home.

This home has a base price of §32,919.
Of course, that price is without landscaping or furnishings.
