Adamson Family Legacy

This blog was dedicated to my Sims2 Legacy Challenge household. Now that I have finished the 10 generation challenge I'm using it for other Sims2 related projects as well.

Party Time

Why let a little thing like the time ruin a rousing game of Myshuno!

Steffi and Calista wait eagerly for the next call from Chloe. On the other team Gregory and birthday girl Imari try to play it cool. Their team is in the lead, of course. Posted by Picasa

Oops, Too Loud

OK. So maybe there is something (or someone) who can break up a good game.

Party time is over, but it's alright. The birthday girl was starting to fade fast anyway.

Imari's First Day

Miss Celeste came with the big yellow bus to take Imari to school.

She's so excited on her first day. Her parents hope that her enthusiasm lasts throughout her school career. Posted by Picasa

Daddy's Home

Imari loves to greet Stephen when he gets home. She tells him all about the things she learned at school.

Then, while they play Red Hands she tells about some of the new friends she's met in school. Posted by Picasa

When's My Turn?

Gregory shows his frustration for not being able to hold his new granddaughter, Iris. Posted by Picasa

Happy Grandparents

Gregory finally gets to hold Iris only to have Calista show up whating her turn.

Both Grandparents were very happy to welcome the newest Adamson into the family. Posted by Picasa

In-Laws

Stephen doesn't remember his real father, so he is glad that he and Gregory are such good friends.

Gregory is very proud of his Son-in-Law. Stephen has just been promoted to Chief of Staff at the Legacyville Hospital. Posted by Picasa

Daddy Loves Iris

Stephen is never too busy with work or with his studies to take time out for his two girls. Posted by Picasa

Grandpa Frederick

Sometimes Hope thinks that she can still feel her Grandfather with her. Some people say that the Adamson Family house is haunted. Well, she has seen some very strange things in her life, so maybe he is still here. Posted by Picasa

Homework

Stephen believes that it is very important that his daughters get the best education available.

This means that he has a part to play as well. While Imari doesn't always need help with her homework, Stephen still makes sure he's around to assist in any way he can. Even if it's just moral support. Posted by Picasa

Hula Dancers

Gregory has lived a long and happy life. Although he knows that he will miss his family, Gregory is ready to go learn some of the moves the Hula girls are showing him. Posted by Picasa

Tuition Money

Hope finally heard back from the lawyers and the insurance company. The survivor benefits will be enough to help Steffi with tuition at the new college she wants to attend. Posted by Picasa

Iris Grows Up

Iris's birthday was a quieter affair than what Hope would have liked. But with Gregory's death still so fresh in everyone's mind the family decided to just have the family together.

Even with such a small gathering, it was almost too much for Calista to stand. Posted by Picasa

Mr. Teddy

Iris has discovered the joys of being read to. Her favorite book? Why, an old beat-up copy of "The Adventures of Mr. Teddy" of course. Posted by Picasa

Play Time

Iris loves playing in the wading pool her Mommy and Daddy bought her. Now if she would only allow them to change her clothes first. Posted by Picasa

Sisterhood

"No Iris, you're not supposed to eat it. Put that block in here, Silly."

Imari enjoys being the older sister. Especially now that Iris does more that eat, sleep and stink. Posted by Picasa

Girl Talk

Hope takes every opportunity she can to reinforce to Iris that there are some things that she shouldn't eat. Make-up is to be worn, not eaten.

She also reminds her daughter not to pull on Mommy's necklaces anymore.

Oh, the joys of Parenthood. She still is amazed at some of the conversations she's had with both girls over the years. Things like - "Using the potty is good. Playing in it is bad." "Toys are to be played with, not eaten." And her all-time favorite "Don't make faces at your sister. Do you want your face to stick that way?" Posted by Picasa
